Bumper Kits      

Bumpers are formed of heavy gauge steel to have the same appearance as the originals. The ends are formed, welded and ground smooth. The braces are pre bent. No holes are drilled. Kit includes 2 piece split bumper halves, 2 bottom wing braces, and 2 top triangle braces.

The floor boards are made from 16ga. steel and stamped to match the original. The major difference is that the holes punched in them are round instead of oblong.

This is a replacement  for the bottom support bracket on the front fender. It's made to the same dimension and of the same material as the original. The holes are pre drilled and nuts are attached to the inside of the bracket  as with the original.

Consists of a triangle shaped box which bolts to the frame, and an angle iron which attaches to the angle iron and front fender support. The triangle box is not drilled but the angle iron is.

 Headlight Guards       

These are guards I copied from my W300M which
was an X Navy truck. They're heavy guage steel and mount
to the side bolts of the Grille. The grille side covers must be
removed to install the guards.

The front bracket bolts to the top of the left bumper.

Running Boards                       

 
The running boards are reproduced to match the original. They
are fabricated from 16 guage steel. The outside moulded edge and diamonds
are a near perfect match. Ends and cab mount cut outs are welded.
The set consists of 4 pieces (two front and two back pieces).

I've been asked what is the difference between my running boards and the ones
Vintage offers. Appearance wise I believe mine look more original. The outside edge
and corners resemble the originals more closely (my opinion) and mine don't have the holes punched
for the brackets.
I position the boards on the truck. Clamp them to the rear fender and mark the fender holes. Spot drill up through the wooden blocks (etching the underside of the board). Remove the board ,drill   5/16ths holes for the bracket mounts and 3/8ths for the fenders. Carriage bolts  attach and your done (touch the heads with paint)

Running Board Brackets     Pic 2    

The brackets are made to resemble the originals. They are cut and welded at the
tightest bends. No holes are drilled to allow placement

Spare Tire Carrier    

Spare tire carrier is made from heavy guage steel copied from an original . The bracket is welded from the back. It will fit 2nd and 3rd series Power Wagon beds and can be used on utiline beds also.

These are two types of the most common brackets I've found.
TLB2  can be used on the first and second series boxes.
TLB3 is used on third series boxes

Tailgate hinges          

The hinges are fabricated to match the originals on the TGH1 hinge I ]
used a heavier walled tubing (outside diameter matches original).
